EVs in CKD

Forty CKD patients stage III and IV (eGFR 15–60 mg/ml) have been divided into two groups. Extracellular vesicles (EVs, 100 μg/kg/dose) two doses (one at peripheral vein and the other at intra-renal artery) a week apart were administered. The patients were followed up for 12 months.
